...and happy blogoversary to me, heeheehee!!! Did I really start blogging a year ago today? And a year ago today I am sure that I made resolutions, of course I can't remember them now. Kolette and Jason Hall, in their first audio for the Life Well Crafted class talked about breaking down your lofty resolutions into smaller baby steps.... yes, we can all do small baby steps and then by the end of the year we'll have met our goal/fulfilled our resolution.
So I would love to hear about your resolution and the first small baby step you will take to making your resolution happen. From the comments that are posted between now and next Thursday at midnight, I'll use random.org to pick a winner of my very first BLOG CANDY!
My three resolutions are regarding finances, weight loss/exercise, and being single. So my three baby steps for January are:
- get cash on payday to use as my spending money and not use my check card
- take a look at eHarmony, just a look
- walk to work on Fridays
So starts the new year!!! Here is my blog candy: a hostess level 1 stamp set called Punches Three. It coordinates with the scallop square punch and wide oval punch from SU! Also a cute vanilla scented candle decorated with Fancy Pants paper and ribbon from my stash.
Thanks for visiting!!!
Happy blogoversary!
ReplyDeletegreetings from Argentina!
Happy blogiversary! A whole year, congratulations. My resolution is to get organized, at least my crafting one. I have already started by purging around my desk and consolidating contents of different containers. It is definitely a baby step, but you have to start somewhere.
ReplyDeleteHappy 1st Blogaversary!
ReplyDeleteBTW, I love the way you've stated your resolutions ... "baby steps". Maybe this is the nudge I've needed to put my own in 'writing'. Primarily, my focus is on fitness & weight loss this year. Everything else is gravy if I can just stick with my new exercize goals and weight loss - reasonable expectations - not dramatic.
Now let's get out there and get started! Happy 2009!

**Happy Blogoversary** I can't wait to reach my first year!! My New Year resolutions are
ReplyDelete1.Spend less on Scrap supplies and utilize what I have at home;)
2.Take advantage of my towel rack,Oh I mean my Tredmill;)LOL.
3.Get a little more rest.
Thanks You, for the chance to win!! Gina
Congrats on your blogoversary!
ReplyDeleteMy resolution this year is organization. I have purchased 6 new plastic 3-drawer units and begun to sort out flower, buttons, sizzix, ribbon....not an easy job!
I also took a webinar to help me understand how to use Google Reader so I can go through more blogs (an addiction of mine) and clear out my e-mails. I now have probably 75% of my blogs transferred!
Happy Blogoversary Desiree!!
ReplyDeleteI think one of your resolutions should be to go to bed earlier... you post things in the wee hours of the mornings, I don't know how you get up to go to work.
What is my resolution?
Hmmmm......
Gosh, I have to think about that for a minute.
1. Save money for a vacation.
2. Get my camping trailer all fixed up for this summer.
Happy blogoversary! A year! quite an accomplishment. keep up all the great posting.
